Client Management
Clients are the core of your ISP business. This section covers everything you need to know about managing customers in Zettabit.
What is a Client?
In Zettabit, a Client represents a customer who subscribes to your internet service. Each client record contains:
- Personal Information - Name, phone number, email, address
- Connection Details - PPPoE username, password, and assigned server
- Client ID - Your internal reference number for the customer
Clients vs Subscriptions
It’s important to understand the relationship between clients and subscriptions:
- A Client is the customer record (who they are)
- A Subscription is the service they’re paying for (what they have)
One client can have multiple subscriptions over time, but typically has one active subscription at a time.
Client Statuses
Clients can be in different states based on their subscription:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Has an active, non-expired subscription |
| Expiring | Subscription expires within 7 days |
| Expired | Subscription has ended |
| No Subscription | Client exists but has no subscription assigned |
Client List Features
The client list page provides:
- Search - Find clients by name, ID, or phone number
- Filtering - Filter by status, server, or date range
- Sorting - Sort by any column
- Bulk Actions - Perform actions on multiple clients
