Packages
Packages define the internet service plans you offer to customers.
What is a Package?
A Package is a service template that defines:
- Name - What you call this service (e.g., “10 Mbps Monthly”)
- Price - How much it costs
- Validity - How long it lasts (in days)
- PPPoE Profile - The MikroTik profile for bandwidth limits
Packages vs PPPoE Profiles
| Packages | PPPoE Profiles |
|---|---|
| Defined in Zettabit | Defined in MikroTik |
| Contains pricing and duration | Contains bandwidth limits |
| Business logic | Technical configuration |
When you create a subscription, the package links to a PPPoE profile that sets the actual speed limits.
