General Settings

Configure basic information about your organization.

Accessing General Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select General tab

Organization Information

Company Name

Your organization’s official name. This appears in:

  • Dashboard header
  • Reports and exports
  • Customer-facing communications

Company Address

Physical address used for:

  • Invoices
  • Official documents
  • Contact information

Contact Email

Primary email for:

  • System notifications
  • Customer inquiries
  • Support requests

Contact Phone

Main phone number for:

  • Customer support
  • Business inquiries

Subdomain Configuration

Your Zettabit subdomain determines your login URL:

https://yourcompany.zettabit.app

Changing Subdomain

To request a subdomain change:

  1. Contact Zettabit support
  2. Provide your preferred subdomain
  3. We’ll verify availability and update

Note: Subdomain changes require verification and may take 24-48 hours.

Regional Settings

Timezone

Set your organization’s timezone for:

  • Subscription start/end times
  • Report generation
  • Activity timestamps

Date Format

Choose how dates are displayed:

  • DD/MM/YYYY (31/12/2024)
  • MM/DD/YYYY (12/31/2024)
  • YYYY-MM-DD (2024-12-31)

Currency

Primary currency for:

  • Package prices
  • Revenue reports
  • Invoices

Supported currencies include BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Logo and Branding

Upload your logo for:

  • Dashboard header
  • Customer portal
  • Reports

Requirements:

  • Format: PNG, JPG, or SVG
  • Recommended size: 200x50 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 500KB

Favicon

Custom icon for browser tabs:

  • Format: ICO, PNG
  • Size: 32x32 or 16x16 pixels

Saving Changes

After making changes:

  1. Review all fields
  2. Click Save Changes
  3. Changes take effect immediately

Required Permissions

To modify general settings, you need:

  • settings:update permission
  • Usually Admin role only

Troubleshooting

Changes not saving

Check:

  • All required fields are filled
  • Valid file formats for uploads
  • You have necessary permissions

Logo not displaying

Ensure:

  • File is not corrupted
  • Correct file format
  • File size within limits

Clear browser cache if old logo still shows.
