First Login
This guide walks you through logging in to Zettabit for the first time and securing your account.
Receiving Your Credentials
Your administrator will provide you with:
- Login URL - Your organization’s Zettabit subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompany.zettabit.app) - Email - Your registered email address
- Temporary Password - A one-time password for initial login
Logging In
- Open your web browser and navigate to your Zettabit URL
- Enter your email address
- Enter your temporary password
- Click Sign In
Changing Your Password
After your first login, you should immediately change your password:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Navigate to the Security tab
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and choose a new secure password
- Click Save
Password Requirements
Your new password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one lowercase letter
- Contain at least one number
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify
- Save your backup codes in a secure location
