First Login

This guide walks you through logging in to Zettabit for the first time and securing your account.

Receiving Your Credentials

Your administrator will provide you with:

  • Login URL - Your organization’s Zettabit subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.zettabit.app)
  • Email - Your registered email address
  • Temporary Password - A one-time password for initial login

Logging In

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to your Zettabit URL
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your temporary password
  4. Click Sign In

Changing Your Password

After your first login, you should immediately change your password:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown
  3. Navigate to the Security tab
  4. Click Change Password
  5. Enter your current password and choose a new secure password
  6. Click Save

Password Requirements

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter
  • Contain at least one number

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify
  5. Save your backup codes in a secure location
