Client Details

The client details page provides a comprehensive view of a customer’s information and history.

Accessing Client Details

  1. Go to Clients
  2. Click on a client’s name in the list

Information Sections

Basic Information

Displays the client’s personal details:

  • Client ID - Your internal reference
  • Name - Customer name
  • Phone - Contact number
  • Email - Email address
  • Address - Physical location
  • Created - When the record was created

Connection Details

Shows the client’s connection configuration:

  • PPPoE Username - Authentication username
  • Server - Assigned MikroTik router
  • Connection Status - Online/Offline indicator (when available)

Current Subscription

If the client has an active subscription:

  • Package Name - The service package
  • Status - Active, Expiring, or Expired
  • Start Date - When the subscription began
  • End Date - When the subscription expires
  • Auto-Renew - Whether automatic renewal is enabled

Subscription History

A table showing all past and present subscriptions:

Connection Status Indicators

The connection status shows whether the client is currently connected:

StatusMeaning
🟢 OnlineClient is currently connected
🔴 OfflineClient is not connected
⚪ UnknownStatus cannot be determined

Note: Connection status requires the MikroTik server to be online and accessible.

Available Actions

From the client details page, you can:

  • Edit - Modify client information
  • Create Subscription - Add a new subscription
  • View Subscription - See subscription details
  • Delete - Remove the client (if no active subscription)

Quick Stats

The page may display quick statistics:

  • Total Subscriptions - Number of subscriptions (past and present)
  • Total Revenue - Sum of all subscription payments
  • Active Since - How long they’ve been a customer

Deleting a Client

To delete a client:

  1. Click the Delete button
  2. Confirm the deletion

Deletion Requirements

You can only delete a client if:

  • They have no active subscription
  • All past subscriptions are completed

If the client has an active subscription, you must cancel it first.

Troubleshooting

”Connection status unavailable”

This can happen if:

  • The MikroTik server is offline
  • There’s a network connectivity issue
  • The client has never connected

”Unable to delete client”

Check if the client has an active subscription. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before the client can be deleted.
